Hey there RFD: Reloaded backers,
It's a beautiful week for battling zombies! Gen Con week! That means a couple of things (see the second part of this update), but first some unresolved business.
$50K=Check!
Dice big enough to hold the zombies off of you for juuuuuuust a little longer
Once this campaign crossed $50K, we unlocked a most excellent dice upgrade!
That should give your rolls, and perhaps your decisions, a little more... weight.
Next up another new Grey Fox-exclusive character at $60K! Tell your friends and your friends' friends (but not your friends' friends' friends because.... come on) and we'll be there in no time.

We'll be running demos of Run Fight or Die: Reloaded in its current prototype form at the Grey Fox Games booth, booth #2401. If you need help finding that, here's a handy map:

Hey there RFD: Reloaded backers,
Your marketing guy with gumption Alex here. Things are still chugging along quite nicely! So nicely that we've now hit a couple of milestones since our last update.
New Stretch Goals Unlocked
We're oh-so-close to hitting $50K, but that means since we last spoke two new stretch goals have already been unlocked... a new Grey Fox-exclusive location and a new Grey Fox-exclusive piece of loot.
Probably not a place you'll have time to send a postcard from...
I'm no Master of Fireworks... but I can make a lot of noise...
Those bigger dice shouldn't be too far off!
Developer Diary
We've received a lot of questions about the changes in this game and why they were made, including:
- Why get rid of the event die?
- Where did the Fleeing deck go?
- What was done to streamline the game?

Hi Backers,
<update note> So our hard working marketing guy, Alex (who is off today visiting family), decided to post an update while we were also crafting an update. We did not expect him to be working today, but we certainly love his gumption. Anyway, we ended up posting two updates at almost the same time, so if you are confused by two updates back to back with overlapping info, now you know why. His was much prettier than ours anyway, but there is still some good information in here and worth reading.
We've blown past our first and second stretch goals and will probably have hit the third by the time I finish typing this update. So, thank you all so much for such a strong start!
Our next two stretch goals are more exclusive content (an exclusive location and then an item). Hopefully we'll blow through those in the next 24 hours without much problem and we'll be posting our 60k goal well before we hit it. In addition, we have heard a lot of interest in solo play and we are going to look closely at making one of the stretch goals a solo play campaign (the game will already come with a solo play variant). We just want to be certain we can give it enough attention to deliver a satisfying experience and still deliver the game on time. We are fairly sure we will be able to and will post it as a stretch goal as soon as we can confirm it.
In other news, we are working on a graphical quick start guide showing the basics of the game, but with enough depth that it should answer most, if not all questions regarding what's changed from the original. Keep an eye out for that either later tonight or sometime tomorrow.
Lastly, we have added an FAQ to the campaign that should answer most of the questions that have come up so far, so please check that first if you have any questions.
Please keep spreading the word and thanks again for helping to make such a great campaign!

It's only been a little more than 24 hours, but your strong early support has us chugging along quite nicely!
Some quick updates
Soccer Mom Unlocked
Last night you unlocked a new Grey Fox-exclusive character for RFD: Reloaded when this campaign hit $20K! We hope you're excited about bringing her and her purse full of bricks into the fray.
Two New Followers Unlocked
By hitting $30K, you've also unlocked two new Grey Fox-exclusive followers for the game, the Panicked Doctor and the Punk Brawler. You'll need all the help you can get if you want to survive the zombie hordes and these two should come in handy!
What's Next
As of this update, we're very close (<$500) to unlocking a new character for this game. In addition to that, we've also laid out stretch goals all the way up to $50K. The stretch goals graphic reflects this as well, but for those who don't want to pop over there, here's a list...
$40K - 1 New Grey Fox-exclusive location
$45K - 1 New Grey Fox-exclusive item
$50K - Dice size upgraded from 16MM to 19MM
As we hit stretch goals, we'll be laying out more and more.

Wow what a start! It's only been two hours since we launched Run Fight or Die: Reloaded and we're already funded!
Thank you so much for the early support for this game. It shows a lot of faith in our ability to revamp and refresh this well-loved title and bring it back to life better than ever.

Our graphic on the campaign won't reflect this for a few hours (as our exhausted graphic artist takes a well-deserved rest), but at $20K we will be unlocking a new Grey Fox-exclusive character for the game.
