Replacement Boxes

There is finally a solid update on the replacement boxes.  They are finally here in the US and now we have to get them to the fulfillment company that made the error of shipping the games in bags in the first place.  We understand that this has taken far longer than expected and are sorry for that.  However, the end is in sight and the boxes will be going out.  We have reached out to the fulfillment company are trying to arrange when they will actually be able to ship these out due to the current state of the world.  I am hesitant to bother with giving a timeframe as they never seem to work out.  Rest assured, if your game is currently in a bag or in a destroyed box, there will be a replacement coming.  There are about 117 people on the list and if you had previously emailed us about the issue, we haven't forgotten, there is no need for you to take any action.

Canada Shipping Update - Easy Post Update - Replacement Boards

Hey Run Fight or Die: Reloaded backers,

This update is primarily for Canadian backers and those affected by the EasyPost shipping issue.

Canada Shipping Update

D6 Distribution in Canada has received the shipment of games and has informed us that all copies will be on their way to backers by the end of this week. We will share tracking information when it's provided to us by D6 Distribution. We apologize for the delays that have occurred in getting these out to you and thank you for your patience.

Shipping as a Whole

Aside from Canada and a handful of Mexican backer orders that are still being handled, all copies should have been shipped and the vast majority received. If you are not in Canada or Mexico and haven't received your pledge yet or tracking for that pledge, please email me directly, [email protected], with the subject line "Run Fight or Where" and I'll look into it personally.

Easy Post Issues

Since our last update on the Easy Post issue (Update #40), we have made some progress in discussions with that company itself and are working towards a solution that will ensure our backers are made whole. Currently, the next step is to send them a full list of all backers who have been affected by this issue with a list of damages caused as a result of their mistake. 

Thanks to everyone who has emailed us so far. If your US shipment arrived in substandard packaging (a plastic clothing bag or something similar), please email us by Thursday so we can include you in that final report. That email is [email protected] with the subject line "Run Fight or Die Box Problem".

Any parts issues not related to that should go to the same email, [email protected] with the subject line "Run Fight or Parts Problem".

Replacement Boards

At Gen Con, a few backers came up to us at the booth to ask about the status of replacement boards. These are currently on a boat bound for the United States and should be here late this month or early next if all goes well. We will post a subsequent update when they are available on our website. We will also lay out at that time which conventions they can be picked up at for free (we're anticipating Essen, BGG and PAX Unplugged to start) and what that process will look like.

European & Canadian Updates

Hey there Run Fight or Die: Reloaded backers,

Alex from Grey Fox Games here. The whole crew (including myself) was at Gen Con this past week, so response times to customer services issues have been a bit slower of late. Here's an update on a couple of fronts that still need to be wrapped up on the shipping/fulfillment front.

European Shipping

All packages have been shipped out by Fulfillment Europe. In fact, based on comments, it appears some have already been received. We just matched up and emailed that tracking information through BackerKit.

Canadian Shipping

We were informed today that the Canadian orders cleared customs and are en route to the D6 Distribution warehouse. We'll have to wait for the games to arrive to get a better sense of an ETA for shipments going out the door. We'll have better information on this in our next update.

Common Rules Question/Clarification

We've seen a couple of BGG threads and direct questions about character powers and how they work when it comes to dice being shown instead of text. Check out the example below:

The Businessman's Middle Power is an example of the kind of thing a couple of folks have gotten hung up on. What this means is two zombie results plus one gun result and one run result acts as if it's two gun results and two run results. Importantly, the dice themselves do not change their faces as part of this, so you'll still add the extra zombies you rolled.
